All content on this website (texts, logos, the "Chatven" trademark, interface, source code, databases) is the exclusive property of the publisher or its providers, and is protected by French and international intellectual property laws. Any reproduction, representation, distribution or use, in whole or in part, without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited.

4. Liability

The publisher strives to keep the information available on this website up to date and accurate, but cannot be held liable for any errors, omissions or unavailability. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind.

The user is solely responsible for the data they enter or import into the application (prices, items, sales, listings and third-party data), for its accuracy, as well as for compliance with the terms of use of the third-party platforms they consult. The publisher cannot be held liable for the consequences of using the extension or the Service on third-party platforms, in particular any limitation, suspension, restriction or deletion of an account. The detailed terms are set out in the General Terms of Use.

Price estimates and analyses generated by artificial intelligence are purely indicative, without any warranty of accuracy, and do not engage the liability of the publisher.

5. Governing law and jurisdiction

This legal notice is governed by French law. Failing an amicable resolution, any dispute relating to its interpretation or performance falls within the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent French courts.

6. Consumer mediation

In accordance with article L612-1 of the French Consumer Code, every consumer has the right to free recourse to a consumer mediator with a view to the amicable resolution of a dispute with a trader.

Referring a matter to the mediator requires having first sent a written complaint to our customer service at support@chatven.fr. We acknowledge receipt of any complaint within 5 working days and endeavour to provide a reasoned reply within 30 days.

The request for mediation must be submitted within a maximum of 12 months from the written complaint sent to the publisher (art. L612-2 of the French Consumer Code). Recourse to mediation is optional: it is not a mandatory step before legal action and does not deprive the consumer of any remedy.
