Prices in euros — what you see is what you pay (VAT not applicable). The 30-day free trial (one trial per account over 12 months) requires a card: at the end of the 30 days, the subscription starts automatically at the price shown unless cancelled before. A reminder email is sent 3 days ahead. Monthly subscriptions have no commitment; the yearly plan is paid upfront for twelve months. Tacitly renewed at each term and cancellable online, at any time, effective at the end of the period. 14-day right of withdrawal after subscribing. If you don’t subscribe at the end of the trial, nothing is deleted: your account stays viewable and your data exportable.

What you’re wondering before you pay.
Will I have to re-enter everything by hand?
No. The sales you’ve already made on the platform can be imported, with their price and date. You fill in the gaps as you go, not in one weekend.
What if I don’t continue after the trial?
Nothing is deleted. Your account goes read-only: you see everything, you export everything, you simply can’t add more. The day you subscribe, everything switches back on exactly as it was, with nothing to re-enter.
Will the trial charge me automatically?
Yes, if you do nothing: on day 31, the subscription starts at the price shown. We email you 3 days before, and you cancel anytime from My account, free of charge — nothing is charged if you cancel before the end.
Why ask for my card if it’s free for 30 days?
So you have nothing to redo after 30 days if it suits you, and to limit accounts created in bulk. You’re only charged on day 31, you’re warned 3 days ahead, and you cancel anytime from My account, free of charge.
Couldn’t I just do this in a spreadsheet?
You could. But your spreadsheet won’t show you, in one check, which listings have dropped, doesn’t count the days your stock sleeps, and won’t warn you before a threshold.
Does it work on my phone?
The site, yes, entirely — you can browse and enter data from your phone. The extension, no: it lives in a desktop browser. Adding a listing from its link goes through it, so through a computer.
What is that email from the platform about tax?
Past €2,000 or at least 30 sales in a year on the same platform, that platform sends your summary to the tax office (the European DAC7 rule). Being reported isn’t a tax in itself: it all depends on what you sell — your own belongings or goods bought to resell. Chatven shows you where you stand. General information, not tax advice.
Does the extension watch my browsing?
No. It reads a page when you click, from your browser and your session. Nothing runs in the background.
Does Chatven publish my listings for me?
Never, and nothing is automated. Chatven pre-fills the listing on the site you choose: you read it over, add your photos and you publish. A few minutes saved per listing: once you post several a day, it adds up to real time saved.
