This list is complete. “[ref]” is our database's technical identifier.

  Remembers the site language you chose.

• cv_lienAll visitors

  Remembers the Chatven video link you arrived from. It contains nothing specific to you (it is the same for everyone who clicks that link). At sign-up, an optional, unticked box asks whether this link may be attached to your account, so we know which videos bring subscribers; without your consent, it is erased without having been used. Set by Chatven alone, it does not follow you on any other site.

  Duration : 30 days; deleted as soon as the account is created

  Keeps you signed in from page to page. Without it, you cannot use your account.

What the site keeps in your browser

Some settings are kept in your browser's local storage (localStorage). They are never sent to a third party and only save you from making the same choices again:

• Theme: light, dark or automatic.
• Display: collapsed sections, open tab, help already read.
• Data entry: last sales platform and last purchase source chosen, offered as defaults.
• Security: time of last activity (shared between your tabs) and delay before resending a confirmation email.

External services

• Stripe (payment): its cookies are only set on its own payment page (checkout.stripe.com), when you pay, to process the transaction and prevent fraud. They are governed by Stripe's policy.
• Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights (page traffic and speed): no cookies, no storage on your device, no identifier that could recognise you or follow you across sites.
• Chatven extension: it keeps its sign-in in its own storage, not in a site cookie, and does not read the cookies of the sites you visit.

Why no consent is requested

The law (Article 82 of the French Data Protection Act, ePrivacy Directive) exempts from consent cookies that are strictly necessary for the service you request: sign-in, security, language, display preferences. That covers everything on this page except the video link (cv_lien): that one is only used with your consent, asked through an optional box at sign-up rather than a banner on arrival.

If we ever added an advertising cookie or audience measurement that sets one, a banner would ask for your consent first, with a “Refuse” button as easy as “Accept”, and this page would be updated.

Deleting cookies

You can delete them at any time from your browser. Deleting the session cookie signs you out; clearing local storage resets your display settings.
